February 13th is the very special, Galentine’s Day, which was first created by our favorite Parks and Recreation character, Leslie Knope and has somehow turned into an unofficial national holiday for best girl friends all around the world! It’s just a day where you celebrate your friendships, ladies celebrating ladies. Leave your men at home, or in our case, send them out of the home – have some drinks, watch chick flicks, cook some food, hang by the pool, or go out for a night on the town.
