Slow Morning
We love slow mornings. Laying in bed just a little longer, not setting an alarm, cooking a hearty breakfast, makin’ that gooood coffee. But let’s be real…this isn’t always doable (not usually actually), but we’ve set a goal to do it at least bi-weekly (anyone wanna join?). We’ve found that even if you don’t have the luxury of having a “slow morning” every morning or frequently, just taking an extra 5 minutes to breathe makes a huuuuge difference before starting the day.
